The agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Condor Living website and all services we offer, including relocation consulting, guided tours, our Expat Group Chat and the Business Directory. By using this site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
We are Condor Living Travel & Living LLC, a company registered in the United States with active operations in Colombia. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Condor Living Travel & Living LLC. References to “you” mean the person reading this page and using our services.
Our services
- Consulting & visas — personalized, paid guidance on moving to and living in Colombia. We give information and hands-on project management; we are not a law firm and do not issue legal opinions.
- Relocation tours — hosted, paid discovery trips to regions of Colombia.
- Expat Group Chat — a moderated WhatsApp community for expats and locals.
- Business Directory — a curated directory of vetted professionals and businesses.
- Free content — videos, articles and guides we publish to help you plan.
Our consulting and informational services do not replace advice from licensed professionals (lawyers, tax advisors, accountants or physicians). Where your visa, taxes or health situation is complex, we will say so plainly and point you to the right specialist.
Fees & payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are collected in advance via our booking flow or the payment links we provide. You’ll always receive a clear invoice and confirm the scope of work before you pay.
Third-party costs — visa application fees, government taxes, notary fees, property deposits, flights and hotels on tours — are your responsibility and are not included in consulting fees unless we say so in writing.
Bookings & cancellation
- Consulting calls: reschedule free up to 24 hours before your slot. No-shows are not refundable.
- Relocation tours: cancel free up to 14 days before departure. From 14 to 3 days before, a 50% charge applies. Less than 3 days out, the tour is non-refundable unless we cancel it.
- If we cancel: rare, but if we ever cancel a tour due to safety or force majeure, you choose between a full refund or a future credit.
Tours & travel
Tours operate in real cities and real landscapes. That means weather, public transport and local schedules can shift. We plan generously and keep a local backup for every itinerary, but we can’t control the river, the road or the fiesta.
You are responsible for your own travel insurance, valid passport and any visa you need to enter Colombia. Our tour leaders are not medical staff; please disclose any condition that affects your mobility or health so we can plan with you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Condor Living Travel & Living LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Colombia travel involves inherent risks. You participate in tours voluntarily and acknowledge those risks. In Colombia, the tourism of our kind is organized under the applicable local regulations, which we follow; where available, it is regulated travel and we behave accordingly.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photography, video, the Condor Living name and logo, and our design — is owned by us or our licensors. You may reference and share it with attribution, but you may not reproduce, sell or republish it for commercial use without our written consent.
Third-party platforms
We use third-party tools you’ll encounter along the way: WhatsApp for our group chat, Google services for bookings, and payment processors for checkout. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies that apply when you use them. We don’t control their availability or their handling of your data.
Code of conduct
Our Expat Group Chat is built on respect. Harassment, spam, off-topic selling and hateful speech end the moment they start — the offending member is removed. We keep the group focused: help people move well, and keep the comments useful for everyone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall first be discussed in good faith by written correspondence; if not resolved, they will be handled in the appropriate courts of our state of registration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. When we do, the “last revised” date at the top of the page changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
