Why vetted
Anyone can list themselves online. Our directory doesn’t work that way: nothing is here without a human from our team confirming the person is real, reachable and recommended. That’s the difference between “a directory” and the directory you hand to a friend who’s moving here.
Categories
How entries get in
- Identified — a real, reachable human, not a mailing address.
- Referred — recommended by at least two clients or partners.
- Located — we know exactly which neighborhoods they actually serve.
- Rechecked — a pulse-check before we add them, not forever after.
It’s a living list: if a business stops answering or a client reports a bad experience, the entry is paused while we recheck. Entries earn their badge, they don’t pay for it.
Badges & signposts
- Client-favourite — a repeat performer, named independently by multiple clients.
- English friendly — the team can actually conduct your business in English.
- Member of the group — active and responsive in the Expat Group Chat, so you can ask around freely before booking them.

Know someone exceptional who’s missing from the list? Nominate them — hello@condorliving.co — and our vetting team will do the same checks we do for everyone else. No fee to be listed, no fee to nominate: the only currency here is trust.
We never accept payment for a listing placed above another. A good directory picks on merit — that’s the whole point of it.
