Coverage Map

One partner for all of Colombia — cities where our feet are on the ground, regions our tours reach, and remote help for wherever you are right now.

How far we reach

We built Condor Living to cover the two moves people actually make: the one you plan before flying (visas, budgets, paperwork — that part works from anywhere on Earth), and the one you make after landing (finding neighborhoods, meeting people, hiring pros — that part needs ground coverage).

So our map isn’t one silhouette. It’s three layers: home cities where the team lives, regions our tours walk, and the entire internet for anything consultable.

Home cities

Our core team is registered and present in three cities. Here you can book a face-to-face consultation, join a community meetup, or have us accompany you — physically — on paperwork days.

Medellín — Home base
Medellín · Home base — The whole Aburrá Valley & surrounding towns

In Medellín: Where our team is on the ground. Consulting, tours and community meetups.

Bogotá — Capital
Bogotá · Capital — Cundinamarca, Zipaquira & the salt cathedral

In Bogotá: Visa runs, paperwork days and the high-altitude introduction.

Cartagena — Coastal
Cartagena · Coastal — Bocagrande, Getsemaní & beaches within reach

In Cartagena: Where the plane lands and the work-lifestyle conversation begins.

Tour regions

Every region on our Relocation Tour list is walked regularly — we know the coffee farms in Armenia the way we know the airport line in El Dorado. Coverage here means a real itinerary, a local guide and a backup plan.

Santa Marta · Caribbean coast. Minca, Tayrona & the first settlement in the Americas.
Barranquilla · Caribbean. Carnival city, riverport and modern living.
Manizales · Coffee axis. Coffee estates, cable cars and cool-night living.
Pereira · Coffee axis. Coffee farms, green valleys and expat-friendly pricing.
Armenia · Coffee axis. The Quindío heartland and the Quindío coffee trail.
Cali · South-west. Salsa capital, year-round sun and lively dining.
Popayán · Cauca highlands. White colonial city, low cost of living.
Pasto · Andean south. The far south, La Cocha lake and Colombia’s gateway north.

Remote — anywhere on Earth

Consulting is videocall-friendly. Pre-arrival, your whole plan — the visa you qualify for, the budget that matches your cloud salary, the neighborhood shortlist, the Spanish crash plan — is delivered wherever Zoom reaches, which is most of the world.

“We planned the entire first year from a laptop in Denver. We landed in Medellín with the paperwork in a folder and the bank already open.” — Marta, relocated 2025

Where we don’t go (yet)

Some places are simply outside our range and it’s fairer to say so: the Amazon interior beyond Leticia, remote eastern plains (Llanos beyond Villavicencio) and, for safety reasons, areas under active travel advisories. If you send us a request out of coverage, we’ll tell you straight instead of charging you to find out.

Don’t see your city? Write to us — every region on this page started as a “can you?” email.
